The course is designed for specialists who have experience working with STEP7 V5.5 (Classic STEP) and who plan to commission, maintain or program controllers using the new TIA Portal V12 software for SIMATIC S7 controller-based systems using operator panels, PROFIBUS and PROFINET bus systems. The course provides an initial systematic level of knowledge for working with TIA Portal V12, its interface and basic programming and diagnostic tools. The course also covers project conversion options, software and hardware compatibility, and the specifics of working with S7-300, S7-400, S7-1200, and S7-1500 controllers, as well as new options for working with data and programs in S7-1500.
