Display solutions

Solving Display Problems in CNC Modernization

Exikom specialists have gained successful experience using measuring systems from SONY (Magnescale Co. Ltd) when solving the problems of indicating movements of working bodies in CNC machines.

SONY magnetic linear sensors enabled installation of measuring systems for large displacement lengths (5,000–20,000 mm) on multi-coordinate CNC systems including TOSHIBA 8-coordinate CNC and Schiess-Froriep 9-coordinate OC 1FBW200, both equipped with SINUMERIK 840D. Also deployed on grinding machines LSh220 at Motor Sich in challenging conditions involving coolant and oil.

Novokramatorsk Machine-Building Plant

Modernization of the unique Hoesch DB3000 lathe for processing parts up to 350 tons. New OP12 control panel with HMI interface based on PCU50. ePLAN automated design system used.

2009

Sumy NGO named after M.V. Frunze

Modernization of the unique 9-coordinate machining center 1FBW200 with 5 interchangeable heads. Sinumerik 840D, Simodrive 611D and SONY SL720 linear converters installed.

2009

Makiivka Metallurgical Plant

SINUMERIK 802D Solution line implemented in DXWU630 modernization. Complete replacement of motors and feed drives with synchronous motors and SINAMICS S120 converters.

Later

LLC "Interpipe NIKO TUBE" (Nikopol)

SINUMERIK 840D Solution line used in modernization of MSC 22 double-slide lathe from EMAG. Complete replacement with SINAMICS S120 frequency converters.
